Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, order processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (if applicable), or high seasonal demand.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues, we are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
